I often find myself lost in thought thinking about how my camera grants me access to some of life’s most intimate moments. Without my camera, I don’t deserve to be a part of these moments. As I enter my 8th wedding season I am overcome with great honor to have been welcomed into the lives of so many. The wedding day is all about the commitment of two souls choosing to spend the rest of their lives together. Its about the people that brought those two souls together, to that alter. To have been given access to Lauren and Jake’s story — I am honored to capture it.
What a fun day — what a fun couple! As you look at these photos you’ll feel the love of their day. Lauren’s tattoo on her foot in remembrance of her late grandpa, the smile on Jake’s moms face as she watches her oldest watch his future wife walk down the aisle, Lauren’s mom amped about her fake eyelashes, the fun of everyone they love at their reception.. the list goes on and on. Their Christmas wedding was full of love and joy.
Congratulations Lauren and Jake!
