*Long post alert.* All the heart eyes! Holy cannoli. Margot and Evan’s wedding day was pure joy, laughter, beauty, all of the above plus much more. I first met Margot and Evan last year at Evan’s sisters wedding. I fell in love with Evan’s family and meeting Margot’s family was the cherry on top. You’ll see why I love them so much when you see these photos! So much candid goodness!
Cory and I spent the day snapping every single moment and taking it all in. Our day started after hair and makeup when the girls arrived to The Club at Hillbrook for a relaxing morning setting up tables that the brides father made from trees in their woods. Beautiful tables and signs were set out as well as gorgeous floral arrangements from Gardenview Flowers based in Toledo. I think I probably spent a full hour snapping detail photos — I couldn’t stop — we had the time and the beauty of it all was impossible to put my camera down! The guys arrived and Cory and I split ways so that we could document both the girls and the guys as they got ready for their first look. Margot and Evan’s first look was full of wide smiles and happiness. Their wedding party joined us in the front yard for a few photos and then in the back of the club for the rest of the wedding party photos. As guests arrived for the ceremony, Margots dad walked their flower girl, Copper (their pretty brown dog) around the yard of Hillbrook while the girls took shots of vodka in their room. The girls finished off their half bottle from the Hillbrook bar during their shot and felt bad for the guys. They filled the vodka bottle with water and we delivered it to the guys where a speech was made by Evan and they all took a shot to find out they had taken a shot of water. *see funny photos below*
Margot and Evan wrote their own vows — vowing to forever with friends and family in attendance. Cocktail hour started and Margot and Evan mingled with everyone. Their introduction into the reception was one of my favorites. The Cleveland Music Group had everyone twirling their napkin in the air as Margot and Evan raced into their reception for the speeches. After their choreographed first dance, cake cutting, and full dance floor, they had late night pizza for everyone to dig in to.
So much love in their wedding day. I’m so happy to finally share a *few* (lol) of my favorite photos with you! It’s a good one guys.
