Where do I even start? This was the wedding of the year in Van Wert county. You know what I’m talking about if you were one of the 500 people in attendance. Photographing McKenzie and Jordan’s love is one of my favorites — so full of love and happiness! We started off the day at Sophisticut in Convoy, Ohio before heading into Van Wert for their ceremony at St. Mary’s church. The morning at the church was pretty relaxed as everyone got ready for the big day. Their first look as McKenzie and her dad walked down the aisle — goodness gracious what a moment to wait 10 years for! Once they were pronounced husband and wife we jumped on the trolley and headed out to McKenzie’s childhood home in the country.
If you remember, Jordan and McKenzie grew up down the street from each other — Jordan lived where the road comes to a T. Staying within their country road for portraits was a must and an absolute blast! We definitely had to recreate the street sign photo again — see that photo here. I love how unique these portraits are to them just by using property within the area. And a backyard reception in a barn — more of these please!
Check out a few of my favorite photos from their wedding day. A million heart eyes — right?!
