When meeting couples for the first time, I try to make sure that we can meet at a local coffee shop or a Starbucks. Anytime I head to a small town, I try to always meet before 5:00pm when all of the local coffee shops close. When I first met Rachelle and Noah, I met them at a McDonalds. While I was a bit bummed that these coffee lovers wouldn't get to explore a new coffee shop, all Rachelle said was that she loved McDonalds. In fact, Rachelle had texted her mom that I had to be their wedding photographer because we were all meeting for the first time at McDonalds. Fun, right!? haha If only we would have ordered french fries for our meeting. :)
We waited and waited for a huge snow storm to come for their engagement session. We were close to giving up but mother nature surprised us with a huge snow storm and we couldn't miss it! Rachelle texted me before 9am asking if I was available to photograph their snowy engagement session that day. We jumped at the opportunity and they took the day off of work by 10am. We met at The Grind, a coffee shop in Delphos, Ohio and worked our way back to a woods in Van Wert, Ohio.
These two exude love and happiness. These images speak volumes to their romantic and playful sides. I'm beyond excited for their December wedding. I really hope they get a little snow. :)
